AURA is made by one person, Charles Kurt. There is no support queue, no help desk, no chatbot. Just a small inbox at auracharge.app — and an honest reply, usually within a few days.
Use it for anything: feedback, questions, a quote you wish AURA showed you, a moment that landed well. All of it is welcome.

If something is broken, include your iOS version and a short description of what you were doing. Screenshots help.

What we don't do
AURA has no Twitter, no Instagram, no Discord. The app is quiet, and so are we. Email is the only way through.
