A few simple
agreements.
AURA is a quote app for iPhone, made quietly by one person. By installing or using it, you agree to the terms below. They are short on purpose.
The maker
AURA is built and maintained by Charles Kurt. The app is published on the Apple App Store and at auracharge.app.
The license
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AURA on the Apple devices you own or control. The app, its quotes, its design, and its code remain the property of the maker.
Acceptable use
Use AURA gently. Do not attempt to decompile, modify, or redistribute the app or its content. Do not use the app in a way that breaks the law, or that misrepresents the maker.
Quotes & content
Quotes inside AURA are offered for your personal reflection. You may share individual cards from inside the app. You may not bulk-export the quote library or republish it elsewhere as your own.
Apple Intelligence rewrites
Rewrites generated by Apple Intelligence happen on your device. The maker of AURA does not author, review, or take responsibility for the exact text Apple Intelligence produces.
AURA Pro
AURA Pro unlocks additional features and is offered two ways: a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is processed by Apple via the App Store, and RevenueCat handles purchase and subscription state on our behalf. We do not see or store your payment details.
The monthly subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
The lifetime option is a one-time purchase — there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. Either purchase can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID using Restore Purchases inside the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy.
No warranty
AURA is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It is a small companion, not a medical, mental health, or productivity tool. Quotes are not professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the maker of AURA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the app — including the rare case where a notification arrives at an unhelpful moment.
App Store terms
AURA is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's standard end-user license agreement also applies to your use of the app, alongside these terms.
Changes
These terms may be revised over time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continuing to use AURA after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Contact
For anything related to these terms, write to hello@auracharge.app. It is the only inbox.
